Solgar – Chelated Magnesium Calcium 2:1, 90 Tablets

I love this Solgar brand of reverse 2:1 ratio of magnesium and calcium, it is the best I have found. I use this product for bowel regularity and it works like a champ. I used the NOW brand in the past, but all of a sudden I couldn't find it so went shopping and found this. This is a better product. I would recommend it to everyone and I surely will order it again when I need it.

Two years ago I switched to this 2:1 ratio for several reasons. I take two at night for leg spasms and it helps. I also had a bond density retest after two years of taking this brand, and my doctor was shocked that my numbers improved. For a senior citizen with osteopenia that is a great thing. So glad it now is being sent subscribe and save which helps with cost.

This is a good product, great ratio, excellent combination (if you add some K2 along with this) but you should consider ordering from another seller because the "prime" 2-day shipping has taken 12 days and it is still not here! It is supposed to arrive in two more days. Where is this being sent from, China?

i take these to handle pains. be muscle or joint. even to dull toothaches.the whole thing is that it makes my body relax so i'm not in the loopback of pain worry pain worry.i recommend it to anyone that wants to try something not pain pills for small things.

Could not find this combination at the Walgreens an CVS of the world and it wasn't at Costco, but I did find it at a vitamin store where I bought it for a period of time until one day I went in and they told me they were all out and expecting it in any day now. I checked Amazon and low and behold same brand and count for a lower price. Amazon Delivers Again

This is what I ordered but that is not what arrives. I did not receive chelated tablets which I would have been very happy with.

I buy and use Solgar Magnesium Calcium because it is the only one I have found that is the correct balance - that being that the magnesium is formulated to be twice as much as the calcium.

I have the strongest nails I've ever had (I'm 56). My semi-retired doctor who learned natural healing on his own said new studies have been showing that this ratio is best and that I would see more and more companies begin to produce products like this. (Magnesium pushes the calcium where it needs to go.) And I don't even take the full recommended dosage.

I gave 4 as they are very big to swollow. First I tried to break it but it is even harder to swollow it. Now I got used to it and I take it with water. I can feel that my muscles are not so tight and I have less pain in my joints. I have been taking them for 2 weeks now.

Unfortunately, the type of mangesium used in these tablets is not a particularly good one for me and it gave me the runs! If you have stomach problems and want to take magnesium, I would recommend 100% magnesium glycinate rather than this one which is a mix of glycinate, oxide and citrate. However, if your stomach can tolerate this one, Solgar is a reliable make and I buy many of their other products. Shame they don't do a 100% magnesium glycinate.

Good quality product, Just the right combination of magnesium:calcium for my intended use as I'm trying to reduce stress and anxiety. Been using them just over a week in combination with vit d spray and I am feeling much better.Easy to swallow whole or can be snapped or even chewed if you don't mind a chalky taste and have strong teeth.

I wanted this supplement to help with PMDD. I can't really say if it helped as I take many other things aswell.

This seems to be a good combination for me of calcium and magnesium. Given I train for about 13 hours a week and often have one coffee too many during the day I tend to get get cramps. This helps me to avoid it. Calcium also strengthen my nails which tend to be weakened by swimming 5 hs a week in a chlorinated pool.
