Decent set of shelves. Assembly can be a little fiddly but the instructions are clear (including how to overcome the common problem of tabs not slotting in easily). The boards are a little on the thin side but are well supported so should be able to hold a fair amount of 'stuff'. A couple of the pieces had an oily residue so don't assemble on your brand new carpet or whilst wearing your Sunday best. These aew a solid set of shelves and a real bargain for the price!

After spending two hours trying to find one specific thing in my loft I decided to embark on a mission to transform my loft and organise it. I found these metal shelves and ended up buying eight of them in the end. Building them was a walk in the park. The boltless design was very easy except for occasionally a tab going the wrong way. However, a word to the wise: arm yourself with a rubber mallet. It's the secret ingredient to a smooth assembly process and a stable construction. And those gloves they provide? Wear them. The shelves might look harmless, but their edges have a sneaky sharpness to them – think paper cuts, but worse. These shelves have turned my loft into a neatly organized space, where everything has its place and there's a place for everything. In summary, these shelves are ideal for shelving things (with the right tools and precautions)!

These are easy to put together and stand well. If you want them more sturdy just screw them to the back or side wall and they will not move at all. They do take plenty of weight and are very good for shed/garage use. The price is good for two shelf stacks, if you are handy, you can make these work well for long term storage, just make sure the floor is level enough and they do the job. Some reviews are skeptical about the strength but they are easy to make as strong as you want.

Fairly strong design. Had them both built within 30 mins, very easy and simple to put together, I advise a rubber mallet to ensure super tight joins. Good product

Easy to assemble , it is recommended as a 2 person task I managed it on my own . It does flex a bit when its being assembled , I assembled the bottom section first as some-one else suggested in their review , some of the edges are sharp but not too bad . Once assembled quite sturdy I secured mine with a screw through one of the pre drilled holes . Overall happy with my purchase I have one reasonably tidy shed .

Handy for light weight items for shelfs

Difficult to erect; not stable; light weight. Had to bolt these to the wall otherwise they would fall over. I should have realised that they would be light weight from the price. Cannot recommend the product. Supplier was good, delivered on time.

Like others have mentioned wear the gloves as sharp edges , went together easy ,considering there's no nuts or bolts everything just slots together( only tools to assemble was a rubber hammer and a flat bladed screwdriver just to bend metal tabs over on centre support) I found shelves to be very sturdy I also used a couple of bolts to bolt both shelves together and then bolts to wall no movement at all , the board for shelves is thin but when put in place are sturdy and take the weight of everything I've put on them ,just what was required for garage storage
