Just bought two bottles after a couple of weeks through the empty bottle away , when to use second bottle pump will not press down tried hot water will not press down as its a new bottle can you send new pump thanks

Bonjour,J'ai beau appuyer sur le spray, celui-ci ne fonctionne pas et pourtant je n'ai pas arrêté d'appuyer dessus pendant plus de 10mm !Pourriez-vous m'en renvoyer un autre en l'ayant essayer avant svp ? Je ne dis pas que ce produit n’est pas bien mais… il donne à mes cheveux un effet glossy et comme l’impression d’avoir les cheveux poisseux alors que je sortais de la douche. Utilisé une fois pas plus !
