Love this millet pasta! It has a good texture and a good taste. It is gluten-free, it cooks within 10 minutes, is a great quality product and a great value for the money. I do wish it wasn't so expensive but it is a great product!

I Absolutely LOVE the taste of this pasta. It is the closest you can get to wheat pasta in taste, texture, etc. HOWEVER, the product is always now on backorder and takes forever to receive. This is a shame. I have actually found another brand that makes the same thing and I get it in like 3 days. This company better step up its game if it wants to stay in business.

Healthier than refined white flour pasta and very pleasing to the palate. This millet pasta is definitely a replacement for the unhealthier stuff. I initially purchased just one box in case that I did not like it, but to my surprise this pasta is very good.

This is my new favorite. Honestly, I've tried just about all of the wheat-free pastas out there -- chickpea, bean, pea, etc., and they all taste yuck. Although, brown rice pasta is just ok and buckwheat is good for Asian inspired dishes but NOT Italian pasta dishes. This millet pasta is tasty and good with tomato style sauces! Millet has a slightly sweet taste and is very nutritious and easy to digest. As some other reviews have suggested, do not cook the 10 minutes as directed on the box or it will get a bit mushy. Test taste at about 6 minutes and continue cooking a minute or two if needed. If you are concerned about food from China...Most millet is grown in India followed by Africa and China. The US does not grow much. So, this company does source millet from China where they have their own facility... Very happy I purchased this. It’s quite tasty, easy to cook, free of allergens including corn, diary and gluten. I highly suggest giving it a try. PS. I just order more…..
