Ok, this stuff is magical. Puts me to sleep - and I mean hard asleep - after about 30 minutes from taking it. I cut back to half a teaspoon and still get the same affects. I had to stop doing my online classwork after taking it because I was submitting answers to things without remembering what I said and it wasn't making sense.

This product is great and aids me in getting a good night’s rest. It also has a digestive benefit as well. This is my second time purchasing and will continue purchasing.

Ive been using this for about 3 years on the daily. I put a teaspoon in aboit 6 ounces of water with 2 ice cubes and drink in the evening before bed. It helps me to feel relaxed and replenishes magnesium levels which we are all deficient in. Its sweetened with monk fruit and the taste is addictive. It arrives in a box and the glass container is wrapped in bubble wrap. Ive never received a faulty container. It arrives quickly and on time. I really like it and will continue to use it. It is a little pricey but it really does help me wind down and sleep.

The only thing I can agree with on all the positive reviews is the taste. It really is tasty. That’s where my similar experience ends. Firstly, it has not helped with sleep at all, in fact it’s worse. I’m in and out of consciousness multiple times throughout the night. However, I do have to say that my dreams have been way more pleasant, very few bad dreams. A dramatic improvement. The absolute worst though is stomach upset. It seems to have a negative effect on a small amount of users. Very nauseating and messes with movements. It must be the powder as absolutely nothing else has changed in my routine during the three weeks I have tried to stick with the product. I guess its a crap shoot. Either it will work for you, or you might be one of the few users that only experience stomach issues, and no positive effects. Sure is tasty though…

The flavor is excellent, but after long-term use, the only noticeable effect has been an increase in bathroom trips. For the price, it's not worth it.

This was a re-purchase as I have used and loved Moon Juice products in the past - particularly the Magnesi-Om. It's the perfect wind down beverage before bed.

I started my magnesium journey with moon juice but it was so expensive to ship to sg that I switch another brand after consuming two bottles. But I’m back again because this works so much better than the other brand. It contains 3 kinds of magnesium which targets different functions. Listen to your body when taking supplements. Works super well for me. I can actually feel the difference when I stop taking it. It could be my magnesium deficiency, hence I could sense the difference between consistently taking it nightly and skipping it for two weeks. Body didn’t require the usual two weeks to get used to this supplement too. Love it.
