I purchased this knife not for diving but for fishing.Looks great nice blade & very sharpThe sheath is thick plastic with a button to push to release the knife.Good value for this knife however I shoul have purchased @ £19.99 🤷

This knife is made from 420 stainless steel from my findings.I really like it and it is cheap.I struggle to sharpen stainless steel knifes in all honesty.I have tried many ways.Next I am buying a diamond stone basic machine that clamps the knife in place and runs the diamond stone along the edge at any given angle. I will go for 20 degrees probably.420 stainless .This below is copied and pasted420 stainless steel is harder, more wear-resistant, and heat-treatable, making it ideal for knives and tools, while 304 stainless steel offers superior corrosion resistance, weldability, and is non-magnetic, making it suitable for food-grade applications and medical equipment. The main difference is their intended use: 420 prioritizes strength and sharpness, while 304 prioritizes durability in corrosive environments.

Bought for scuba diving but have not had a chance to use it for the purpose just yet. It is not at all sharp, as in not in any way shape or form sharp, you can literally run it across your hands and it wont cut you. So I wonder how good it might be at getting you out of a fishing net or something like that. I will be sharpening it before use undoubtedly. Secondly, it can be a bit difficult to remove from the scabbard. I recommend practicing this because I bought this knife for emergencies underwater and if I need it to save my life, I don't want to be fumbling about with it unable to remove it. Having said that it looks to be very solid, the handle is nice, the weight is nice so i'll be keeping it but be aware it's not sharp.

It feels flimsy and doesn’t secure the knife properly, which makes it unreliable during actual use.If you’re planning to use this regularly, you might want to consider getting a better sheath separately. Decent value overall, but let down by poor retention.

Completely crap, knife doesn't lock in the sheath, falls out with minimal effort, you will lose this instantly while diving, blade is also very low quality, will be returning this straight away
