Yes! Very soft, no choking hazards, a good lovey with baby suitable tags.

There is no rattle (or crinkle paper) inside, nor does it make any noise when you shake it. It is (though) a high quality stuffed animal, with the tags babies are attracted to. It is super soft, with regular stuffing, and the feet have like a bean filling, I assume to give the legs some nice weight.

The facial features, including the eyes, are embroidered.
