We have a very tall AND very oval shaped toilet. As you can imagine, this eliminates like 80% of the toilet seats, and no seats with ladders will accommodate it either. So we unfortunately have to buy separately at the very least. Luckily for us though, our second pick of a seat (this one) is one that works AMAZINGLY!So this is how it seems to be able to work to accommodate any toilet: 1. It is a medium size seat in of itself. 2. It has a stopper UNDERNEATH the seat on the front. 3. It has two side stoppers underneath on the back of the seat to hold the seat in place from basically 3 different points. So even with an oval toilet, we can place it at the very front of the toilet no problem.This worked for our toilet and hopefully will for most people’s with the nice design. Our child loves it, as it is incredibly comfortable and sturdy with very minimal slippage!

Our daughter and son-in-law have an oval toilet seat with a bidet which has a water tank that causes the seat to slope up slightly at the back. They had been looking for a potty training seat that could be placed on top of the oval bidet seat without success - until they found this potty training seat that actually fits!Their toddler likes this seat, and it is making a big difference in his potty training. Between the seat contours, being a soft seat, the side handles and the raised front (really helpful with a boy!), he feels very secure and comfortable with this seat.It is also great that it is a lift off seat, so the grown-ups can still use the heated toilet seat and the bidet.

Been using this with my 6 month old to practice EC. It was a comfortable transition for my baby once he was able to start sitting up on his own. We started with me holding him over the toilet to now at 8 months he’s comfortably sitting on the seat and using the potty with my support.Fits both elongated and standard bowls. The handles are a nice touch and removable.

My 3 year old toddler loves this potty training seat, it’s very comfy and the handles add an extra security for when pushing out a poop lolHighly recommend worth the money

It fits tight on the toilet and is soft on the Granddaughter's bottom. Much better than most I've tried.

I have tried multiple potty seats and this one seems to be the best one. The reason it doesn't fet 5 stars is due to slip resistant. The seat slides side to side. It doesn't grip well to the toilet.
