OD is 36mm, ID is 31mm, Height is 70mm.

I have a oil tank gauge that has thermal gallon written on top of it. Would this vial work as a replacement?

Does this tank gauge vial attach to the King Alarm Model 600-8? I am looking for a replacement vial which threads to the gauge top?

no tread to attach but fit perfect i seal it with with a glue gun and does the job.

How hard is it to replace the old with the new gauge?

Simply replacing the vial can be done by hand loosening/tightening. Replacing the gauge itself requires a wrench and some strength.
