I have ordered this product multiple times and have never gotten and expired container.

What are the directions to make the jello I see 1/2 cup of Mix to 1 cup water do I need hot and cold water these directions aren't consistent

I always bloom my gelatine in cold water first

How much jello does one container make?

The directions call for 1/2 cup powder to 1 cup water; so, not very much. I would roughly equate it to 3 large boxes of jello.
