Review: Size guide and returnable policy misleading - size guide mentioned is misleading ,the product is much smaller in size. The products description says that it is 10 days returnable. But when I try the customer care team says that it is not returnable and not refundable. So basically customer is stuck with a product which is useless and also lost so much money. This is cheating somebody who is going through physical pain and trauma. Horrible experience.

**Q: Is it useful in curing ankle bone crack**
A: I would suggest you to speak to your doctor regarding the kind of brace that you would need. If the doctor has suggested it then its a good brace. if you are not wearing them over a a pair of socks then i would suggest you do as it then prevents irritation to the skin. I have bought them as i play tennis and it helps keep my ankle stable.

**Q: I have required for left leg**
A: Not for daily wear. Its a good brace. I generally wear it over my socks while playing tennis as it prevents rashes and irritation to the skin. I wear it because of the sport that i play which requires me to suddenly change directions.

I had earlier ordered a medium size as suggested in the attached size chart with the product since my shoe size is UK9. Post I placed the order I got a call from the merchant the next day and they suggested that I should go for size L since the chart is not correct. I have received the product and the brace doesn’t fit since it’s loose. I need a smaller size but I am not getting a return or refund option with this product. What should I do?
