Happy Birthday, Cupcake!

Such a cute book and a great gift! My son bought this for our daughter’s 3rd birthday. She absolutely loves this book. It’s full of creativity, colors, fun foods, silliness, and humor. Would definitely recommend purchasing!

This is the second book we have purchased that was written by Terry Border. It is great. I love the pictures in it...they are hilarious! My son is 6 and just learned to read, and we are reading these together. These books are witty, hilarious, and you will love the creativity of the pictures. I hope Terry continues to produce these, because we will continue to buy them. To the story though...Cupcake wants to have a party, but due to her friends are all food, she has to consider all their needs. If it's hot they will melt, if they go on a boat some food items might spill, etc. The book has a good message but is also funny. A+

My kids (ages 4 and 6) and I loved this book! We enjoyed reading Terry Border's previous book "Peanut Butter and Cupcake" and were looking forward to the release of "Happy Birthday, Cupcake!". It did not disappoint. The pictures are adorable, and the story is sweet. I've found that reading these books encourages my kids' imaginations. They now talk about what foods would be friends, how the food would act, and how it might feel about things. I like a book that we continue to think about even when we're done reading.Overall, this hardback book is a great deal. It is a large and colorful book that would make a great birthday present or look cute sitting on top of a bookshelf in your kid's room.

This was a gift for a toddler's birthday. She loves it!

The graphics are bright, cheery and a bit crazy! Just perfect for a 5-6 year old. We bought one for our public library collection, and I thought it was so much fun I bought one for my friend‘s 50th Birthday. The catch is, after she enjoys it with her 6 year old daughter, she must donate it back to the library so we can have two. I even put a bookplate in there honoring my friend and her birthday. This book will be lots of fun and a family favorite. I think cupcake parties are popular now. It would be great to give this book to be read and passed around at a party!

The children in my classroom, ages 2 to 3 years old, love this book. We had "Peanut Butter and Cupcake" and we were hoping that this book would be as engaging and adorable. Our wishes came true.

These books are all so clever and engaging for both me and my kids.
