Im wanting to use a dry back back to front. Will it keep water in? Just incase I need something for emergency washing?

Hi, it does not totally and water sips out after a while. I use it for my wet swim trunk and always my bag is slightly damp and slightly wet because of this bag with my swim trunk in. Hope that helps.

Does it keep everything dry when fully submerged?

Yes it will but not for a prolonged amount of time. Maybe a minute tops.

Are these machine washable or handwash only?

I’m sure there aren’t any washing instructions on the bags, I will check later. Personally I wouldn’t machine wash them as this might damage any waterproof coatings on the bags.
