how do you remove the cushion from the frame and install the new one?

If you're referring to removing the cushion from the mask, it's not removable. A little dish soap and some warm water and it's good as new. If you're referring to removing the mask from the headgear, theres two lips on each side of the mask that snap into the headgear. gently squeeze the sides of the mask while using your fingertips to lift up on the part of the headgear where the mask snaps into it on one side and it will pop right out. To install a new one, set the nose part of the mask into the headgear first, then the bottom will easily snap in.

How do I find the size of my current mask?

There should be a circle with a letter in it, (S, M, L), on your current mask.

so i currently have a f20 airfit in medium and i cracked the bottom of the face cushion will this one fit on my headset ?

If you have F20 mask you need to buy F 20 cushion. The F10 and F20 cushions are not interchangeable.

My frame and current mask is a small, will this medium fit onto the same frame?

No it will not. I just ordered a medium and a large cushion to see if one would fit my face better than the small size I currently have and neither one will fit the frame that Ibhave for the small. The frame is NOT universal as the seller states, and there is no size indication on the frame itself.
