Steering ability: The steering is super smooth and easy for little hands — my child figured it out right away. Stability: Feels very stable and safe; no wobbling at all, even on turns. Value for money: Totally worth the price for this quality and design. Functionality: Simple to put together, works perfectly both indoors and outdoors. Update: This little trike is still in good shape 3 years in The splash guard on the front is always slipping sideways, I almost wonder if it would make more sense to not install it all. Our 2nd kid is now the same age (25 mo.) as our 1st was when I wrote the initial review Once again the Micro scooter is the favorite, but, this bike is a solid second choice and offers a different riding experience. While both on the tall side, she is a bit taller than her sister (90% vs 80%) and is able to pedal independently (forward and backward) 100% of the time. So, if you have a taller kid; 2 is about the right age for this one. Previous. review: This is a great product, however, if you are trying to decide on only ONE riding toy- I strongly recommend the Micro "mini" kickboard scooters. We bought a refurbished one of the company website and it has been our daughter's favorite toy for 9 months strong. In fact, I just bought an adult version because, at 2 yrs, she is so fast on it that I was struggling to keep up with her. (Another friend bought a Little Tykes version for her 2yr old and it is CLEARLY inferior- so spend the extra cash on the Micro for sure.) Now, about this trike: I bought this for our then 20 month old because it was very similar to the one my neighbor's kids would ride and our daughter would always try to steal it when she saw it. She loves it (just not as much as the Micro). Initially, she would walk it with her feet but, because the wheels are "fast," she was soon able to almost run with it. Now, at 25 months, she has learned to start pushing the pedals maybe 30% of the time. Older kids in the neighborhood (4yr +/-) seem to like borrowing this one for a spin around the block now and then, too. Only issue we have had with it is the splash guard on the front wheel occasionally slipping loose and sliding sideways or the "trunk" popping up off the back bar. Both are easy to snap back in place. For reference, she also has a Strider balance bike. The balance bike is good for her, but she is just now learning to bear her weight on it and "glide" every few steps. In order of preference it goes: Micro Mini, Radio Flyer Trike, the Strider bike. As I said, this trike is VERY similar to ones my neighbor's girls had from when her oldest (5 yr) was little and has since passed down to the younger girl (3yr). Both older girls say that this one is "faster" than the previous model. I attribute that to the wheels being different. So, if you are debating buying a used one or spending a little extra for the newer one- go new.

This trike is a timeless favorite! It’s well-built, easy to assemble, and the size is just right for my 3-year-old. The seat is adjustable so it can grow with your child, and the ride is smooth and stable. My little one loves the storage compartment in the back — perfect for toys or snacks on the go. The design is simple but durable, and it’s a great way to build confidence before moving to a two-wheeler. A fantastic first tricycle and a great value!

The Radio Flyer Red Rider Trike is exactly what you hope for- simple, sturdy, and well made. The classic red design looks great, and the metal frame feels solid and safe. Our grandchild took to it right away, and the pedals and steering are easy for little riders to manage. Assembly was straight forward, and it rides smoothly on sidewalks and driveways. It's refreshing to see this item was built to last. It's a wonderful first trike and purchase, very happy with this purchase.

This bicycle was a perfect size for my 3 year old grandson. Made really well and sturdy enough for a toddler. The design is the red frequent flyer red so nostalgic and cute. Definitely worth a recommendation!

Buen material, lo estético es tal cual en la fotografía promocional y sencillo de armar, (aunque si se requiere ayuda de otra persona para que sea menos laborioso). El único pero, es la abrazadera del manubrio, hay que apretarla demasiado para que no se esté girando, lo demás está aceptable. Mi hijo de 2.6 años está encantado, casi quiere dormir con el.

Bought this tricycle for grand-daughter's 3rd birthday. Shipment delivered within ETD. Had slight difficulty assembling. Grand-daughter enjoys riding with it since. The storage compartment very handy to store snacks and water bottle. Good quality, sturdy, recommended tricycle to consider purchasing for toddlers.

組み立てられて届くイメージでしたが届いたら実際は自分で組み立てる式の三輪車でした。 想像より1.2倍ほど大きめでしたが、デザインはやっぱり可愛いですね^ ^ 娘も気に入って乗って遊んでいますが、少しだけハンドル部分の可動域が広めなので操縦は難しめなのかも、、

Easy to put together. Don't be afraid to give it a bash with the hammer....I was waaay to gentle and it was taking ages so I walloped it and it went straight in 🤣 3 year old absolutely loved it! His legs are a little short at the moment (he's a bit petite tho) but he loves sitting on it and we help by pushing him along haha. It's very sturdy. I don't know my weight but I'm 5.3 feet and am size 14 (UK) and I have had a go....only because he made me 🤭
