I love using this salt for cooking. It works well on a variety of food surfaces. It has a great taste and it doesn't disintegrate so easily. It has a great texture. It grinds consistently. The size of the crystals is perfect. I do tend to be biased towards Italian products. Because the products are generally of good quality, this salt is no exception. It remains a staple in my kitchen. I recoend this high quality product.

Nice salt as this is the closest to Italy 🇮🇹 we can get without being there right now. The size , coarseness and texture of the salt is like being in the Mediterranean. This is in our salt grinder as well as topping focaccia bread, rappini etc as well as sweets.

This salt holds its own: longevity, flavor, not overly salty and the price is right.
