They are very useful.
My co-workers "accidentally" broke the clips. Having backups are always great. These do the job just fine.

Great replacements for orgignal cradle
We use the radios on a jobsite and the cradle/holsters often break, get lost, or forgotten. These are cheap enough to buy in bulk to have on hand for when needed.
