Dechra DermAllay Oatmeal Conditioner for Pets, 12-Ounce

This came highly recommended by our veterinarian. Allergies are very bad right now for all of us. This conditioner seemed expensive for a tiny little bottle, but it works magic on our dog. She is way less dry, less itchy, and for a longer period of time. It is easy to use, just spray it on! Here is our Spoodle's opinion on the conditioner: My name is not important. What IS important is that my itchy, allergy-ridden skin has finally met its match. My vet told my human to get this conditioner. Apparently, I cannot be trusted to shop for myself (rude), so she handles these things. For once, she made an excellent decision, and I have begrudgingly decided to acknowledge it. Since switching to Dechra DermAllay Oatmeal Conditioner, my scratching is way down, my coat is impressively fluffy, and bath time has gone from a five-alarm catastrophe to merely a minor inconvenience. The oatmeal scent is divine. I smell like a fancy spa dog now, which is exactly the reputation I've been trying to build in this neighborhood. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Would I admit that to my human's face? Never. She already thinks she knows everything. Five paws up. Woof.

We have a greyhound (single coat and bald in places) and have struggled with dry, flaky skin. I wasn’t sure how this would work for dogs without long hair, but so far I love it. It’s easy to apply - just spray and rub it in. It definitely is not scent free, but it is not strong and I quite enjoy the scent. This seems pretty non irritating and my dog doesn’t react to having it on in any way. Seems to moisturize well and maintain the moisture. I think this will become an important part of our arsenal. The only thing is I have mostly hard floors so have to be careful where I spray this to make sure I don’t turn our house into a slip and slide.

This smells SO good. Conditioner spray for my dog. She takes lots of baths in the month because of skin issues. This helps put moisture back in her skin

The packaging wasn’t great and this came all wet, but my dog didn’t mind the spray and I think it helped soothe her skin!

Got this for our new puppy who was overly itchy (along with some special shampoo). We've continued to use it a few months later when we notice he has flaky dry skin, put it on at night, and he is always 100% better the next morning. Has a pleasant smell as well.

Both of my cats have been having some seasonal dandruff. I sprayed this on them and combed it through and it has helped SO much. The only thing is, it smells exactly like the vet’s office, and now my entire apartment smells like it. Worth it if my babies aren’t itchy and flaky!

Not unscented. My Persian is highly allergic to anything scented and although the Amazon description clearly says the products is “unscented, ” it is not. Just spraying along her back made my eyes tear. The ingredients on the bottle clearly say “fragrance.” Very disappointed in false information Amazon.

Very useful product for pet cats.
