Milligrams of each capsule? This information should be readily available!

Hi, thanks for your question about the milligrams in each capsule. We're a reseller of this product. Here's the breakdown per capsule: 400 MG of Berberine, 700 MG of MCT oil, and 238 MG of captic acid (from MCT oil). Thank you for your purchase!

All the capsules are stuck together. I cannot get them out of the bottle. How do I get them out of the bottle?

You Don't. The reason they are all stuck together is because in shipment they went through some damaging temperature changes, and they probably aren't any good at this point. Check your RETURNS AND ORDERS and click on returns and orders and go through the process to return damaged merchandise to the retailer. Most likely they won't even want you to return them, just trash them and they will send you a new bottle for no charge.

The picture of the pills look large. Are they hard to swallow?

Yes. Capsules are bigger than normal.

does this make you tired?

No, I did not feel tired after taking berberine.It did lower my blood sugar level and my A1c substantially. 7.1 to 5.7 in just a couple months.
