These bands came in many different resistance sizes. Very pleased with purchase

These bands have low elasticity, compared to latex bands. They work ok overall but you shouldn’t expect to have the kind of long, consistent stretch associated with latex. These limit you to a much shorter stretching range.

These bands have proven to be a great alternative to other exercises or light weights for a shoulder issue. They've held up quite well over time. Sturdy and reasonably priced.
