First I brush the teeth with the Gel-Kam. Then I use the fluoride rinse. DDS says teeth stronger and gums better than they have ever been. **Q: What is the expiration date?** A: Fluoride does not expire. The reason toothpaste states do not swallow or contactthe poison control center is due to the soap in it, sls, not the very small fluoride amount.
