Review: Fabulous Product and A+ Customer Service! - I ordered to create a new home office. This had great reviews and a good price. I received it quickly and it was easy to assemble. I had an issue with the table not going up and down. The device was malfunctioning. I contacted the seller and I immediately had a tech reach out via text to me. They shipped a new motor immediately. Unfortunately it did the same thing. They knew then it was the device with all the mounting. They sent another out immediately and now my desk is up and down like a charm. I have had issues with lack of CS for so many purchases. Not this one. It is sturdy, rock solid, well balanced, beautiful, the perfect size and very dependable. I can not be happier.
Review: Nice standing desk - This is a great standing desk for the money. Very well built, sturdy and good looking. The paint job is great, very glossy and thick. It was very easy to put it together alone, but I’m a handy guy, perhaps some parts are a bit heavy for a lady doing it by herself. The difficulty is the same as an IKEA furniture piece, the installation manual is pretty good, very descriptive with good pictures and helps you get it done in one clean shot. All the screws holes in the metal parts and the table top were perfectly aligned, but I must add that on the first try some of the table top holes were off by 1/8” so I could not get all screws in; I had to loosen the screws of the legs support that come pre-screwed to the table top to allow all screws in and then tight then all. I got all the pieces I need for installation, no extra screws or pieces and all very well packed, really neat. The motor is not too loud, runs smooth, the controls are pretty nice sensitive touch buttons with 4 memories. It’s very stable even in low carpet at maximum height, but it’s also pretty heavy. The table top is the standard 24”x48”, but I wish it was at least 30” deep, you’d get a lot more room in your desk. I’ll probably swap the table top later on by an IKEA Övaryd, but it’s out of stock due to the pandemic. I recommend it 100%, I’m loving it.

**Q: I am getting the same ASt error. I see it was an easy fix, can someone post exactly how to fix it? unplugging, holding buttons not working.**
A: So it turns out that it's actually "RSt" for "Reset." If you still have your installation manual floating around, grab it. It should say how to reset the controller. I have a different UNICOO desk, but I needed to hold the "down" button for several seconds, let go of it, and then press "down" again. There was a single, clear beep and then it was functioning normally. This all happened once I got it to its lowest setting first. I think it basically needs to get to the bottom and recalibrate.

However, it's also worth mentioning that I went to UNICOO's website and reached out to their email before finding my manual. The person who helped me there told me to press both "up" and "down" at the same time for 10 seconds, so maybe that's what will work for you.

**Q: I am getting an loc error.  how do i clear this?**
A: Loc is not an error, it is a locking mechanism,  if you hold S + up arrow for 5 seconds it will lock and nobody can accidentally change its height. To unlock simply hold S+ down arrow for 5 sec.

**Q: When I press the up/down arrow buttons, only one side goes up and down (the side with the motor); the other side doesn't budge. Suggestions please?**
A: The cross bar connecting the two sides is not installed correctly.  Refer to the installation instructions.

**Q: I am able to raise the desk but get an E16 error whenever I try to lower it back down. Has anyone else had this error?**
A: Same for me...now my desk is just stuck at the top.

This is a great standing desk for the money. Very well built, sturdy and good looking. The paint job is great, very glossy and thick. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Far exceeded my expectations!

Lots of options available for this type of desk, with prices all over the map. But this UNICOO product is really good, in my opinion. It came very well packed, in a single box (very heavy -- impressed that the UPS guy could lift it by himself). Packaging is very good -- nothing damaged or scratched. All screw types are in their own little bags and well marked -- even spares of each type). Instructions are well written and illustrated (maybe a little small). Everything fit together perfectly. Took me about 45 minute to put it together (including eating a sandwich during the task). The top, though a laminate, is REALLY NICE -- I did not expect this to be the case. Rounded edges on the top surface are a nice touch. Operation is smooth and quiet. Keypad is nicely implemented, with 4-position memory which works consistently. The whole thing is very solid and sturdy, even at the standing height. Motor is visible, which my wife commented on -- I don't think this is a big deal, but probably could have been designed to rotate it 90 degrees up, and out of view. Again, no big deal. I am very impressed with this desk, and I have recommended it to my co-workers. I think my wife and I will be fighting over its use.
