The light fixture is very attractive once it was put together. Putting the item together was a bit frustrating since you had to work inside a very tight space where all the wires are housed. You had to stick your fingers inside the ball where all the wires for the lights are housed in order tighten the nuts of each of the arms prior to installations. The actual installation was straightforward, but the amount of light that the chandelier gives off is a bit disappointing. Unfortunately we waited too long to return.

Initially, it was stunning, and I love the light patterns that it put out on the ceiling and walls. However, after a few short years, it just completely stopped working. One day just all turned off and I can’t get it to turn back on even after replacing the bulbs. I am contemplating taking it back apart to see if there’s any bad connection in the ceiling to see if any of the wires came loose, however, I recall what a pain it was to put together in the first place so I’m not sure that it’s worth the trouble. I saw other reviews, mentioning transformers inside of the light, which I know nothing about, so that could be another potential issue. In that case, I will just have to replace it. Frustrating. I should’ve just gotten the light from IKEA.

Eclectic and elegant. This took 4+ hours plus to assemble. There are no instructions, just parts and a small piece of paper with a diagram of the parts to the light. The description should say that an electrician needs to assemble and install or for a moderate to expert DIY. The light was properly packaged and intact. Unwrapping the light is a job itself. To assemble the light you first need to remove the chrome body globe from the chrome meshed cylinder, and then screw each arm (first the arms with wires connected) and then the other arms. You need small fingers or long nose pliers, a 9/16" open end wrench to tighten the arms. Make sure not to put an arm where the main spindle goes which is the hole at the south pole of the chrome body globe. If you put the arms in the southern hemisphere first, it will be easier to put the arms at the northern half of the globe. The glass ornaments screw on to the arms, and the lights plug in to arms with the black receptacles. I don't know how long the transformers will last, but so far so good.

Lights start blinking after 30 minutes. So sad

I like this ceiling fixture but the instructions are pretty much useless. You need a small hand to fit in the center ball to add all the screws and that was very difficult to do and very frustrating and time consuming, It took me over 2 hours to put it together.Also, some pieces were missing, so now I need to call customer service and get the parts that are missing.

I bought this lamp , when they installed was one side was working and the other side was broken ,I was so sad ,but the lamp was a factory problem . I texted back the company and they send me a new one . I installed the new one few days ago , this one is working fine, make me so happy . I have been sad about my mom pass away that to have my lamp working right made my day better. I thought that I lost my money buying the lamp .Thanks to the good services .

This is the most crappy design , after 2 hrs of trying to assemble, I could not assemble the whole unit. The ball where to fit all the things is so so small that even my small hand can not go inside.

I love this light fixture! It's beautiful! My hallway was a bit drab with what I call a "builder special" light fixture. Now, it's amazing! You need some time and patience and more time putting it together but once it is, it is well worth it. I find myself just looking at it all of the time now.The "directions" pardon the chuckle, are lack there of, but even for me, was not too hard to figure out how to put it together. Well worth the cost!
