Why are these stamps double the price than what's on the usps site?

This has taken weeks to arrive and is now noted as “lost” . I wouldn’t pay the extra money- go with USPS- I had to purchase other stamps to mail my cards on time-

Why is the word “Forever” crossed out on the stamps in the pictures? They are indeed Forever stamps, correct?

Whoever started the wreaths ad on amazon, used a photo taken off the USPS website. USPS slashes the forever word on all their photos, that way, no one can photocopy the picture and print or reproduce their own stamps. Yes, these are all forever stamps valid in the USA
