Excellent tire and value
I've used Primo Comet tires for years. They are tough, durable and reasonably priced.

Good replacement tire for my Bike Friday...
...not as racy as the Schwalbe Duremes it sported before, but more practical and I could actually find tubes to fit! BTW, these are a BEAR to mount and dismount on the rims. I had to get my long metal tire levers out to work on them. Very stiff, not a lot of give on a 20" wheel. This isn't just a characteristic of these tires...it's true of many 20" tires. Their shake down cruise was an 80 mile jaunt through the Seattle area, and I found them smooth riding, fast and sure on the downhills, and able to take city streets well.

Not so puncture resistant.
I bought one of these hoping it would live up to the hype. Less than a week after installing it I hit something and it split right open, completely unrepairable. Of course the bike shop I bought it at wouldn't do anything about it. I figured it was just a fluke so I bought another one from a different bike shop. It's done ok so far, but there doesn't really seem to be anything special about this tire. It's all about having a "Kevlar belt", but it's soft and only slightly thicker than any other tire I've owned. Goatheads still go right through to the tube and leave you with flats. When this one is worn out I'll try a different brand.

Good buy.
Was looking for a tire with a picture resistant layer. This tire provides protection at an economical price. Hard to find in a 20" tire.

Great find and great price
recently bought a Trek R200 with original tires from 1999. The price from the vendor saved me at least 33%. The tires are solid and improved the roll compared to the older tires.

Great tires for less than great roads
These tires are a bit heavy, but I wanted something durable and able to handle chipseal and other rough roads... they do that.

bike tire
This tire was exact match for the other tire on the bike. It works great, I couldn't be more satisfied.

6000 miles and just one flat
My bike came with 2 front wheels. one had a motor. Both had been sitting for a few years. Both had very low mileage. I ran the one with the motor for 6000 miles and 2 years until I hit a short screw with a very sharp point and a big head. It must have been pointed straight up. I put the other wheel on and it was still fine. Patched the first wheel and it works great as well. These roll about as easy as most tires but the Kevlar belt and the reflective side walls are where these tires shine. Very few of the easy rollers have real strong sidewalls. 100 PSI a heavy load and a good pothole will be to much for most tires in this class. Primo Comet Tire, Kevlar Belted, 20 x 1.35 Black w/Reflective Sidewall
