I put the straps around the A pillar which meant the straps are a little short so the anchors are not all the way into the ground but they are so big its dark enough! Survived Storm Eunice! *by E***E on 26 February 2022* Edit (2024): Thought it might be useful to add that 3 years have passed since we bought these anchors and, while the 10ft trampoline broke long ago and was replaced with a larger one, these anchors are STILL going strong. We relocate the trampoline weekly when we cut the grass and, while the anchors now look a little scruffier, they’re still doing their job! I rarely write Amazon reviews but these are honestly worth every penny. I bought a pack of 4 back in September to secure a 10ft trampoline and it hasn't budged an inch since then. I live in a valley and the wind whips through but while I lost guttering, roof tiles and most of my fences during the recent storms, the trampoline held firm in 90mph+ winds.
