What a huge difference once the fan is up and running. This fan actually puts out some great air movement you can feel. Not like other "great room" fans. Two items to note. 1. There is a fan hanging safety wire cable to attach to the fan, which then attaches to the structure above the ceiling. Attaching the cable to the structure was a little challenging, due to attic space /moving insulation, etc., to attach to the joist above the ceiling, but is a safety feature I'm glad is there. 2. For initial start up, the wireless remote is a bit of a pain to sync up with the fan. Pay very close attention to the instructions and then re-read and try again.
