A: Not sure what you mean by wrap? The item came as described. My son loves it and plays for hours in the backyard while wearing it.

A: It fit my 9 year old a little big-80 lbs and 54”.

My son wanted this to scare his friends when they did night time hide and seek, it worked !!!!it all came inside out when we opened it,  and he thought that they gave him the wrong item, but once he took the time to realize it was inside out its what he wanted and it worked GREAT
