Received the product in good condition. Everything works as described. Bright enough. BUT MAJOR FLAW IS THAT IF POWER GOES OFF AND IS RESTORED THE LIGHT GOES ON. Imagine in the middle of the night! You're sleeping and the light is ON once power goes off n comes back! For ppl with difficulty sleeping this is a very important point to consider.

The tubelight is bright but in yellow colour .the blue colour is much more dimmer at the maximum settings.so if you want a yellow light then go for it.the remote works flawlessly

Innovative, comes with remote. Works good with remote, only drawback is it automatically turns on when ever power returns. (Off in remote, but on in main switch position).

I remember the days of old school 40 watt neon tubelights. The brightness is finally achieved by LED lights. Remote controlled functions are great. But the manual needs correction. To pair a remote: 1) Keep Led light off 2) Press button on the remote marked "A" (or "B" or "C" or "D") till it start flashing the middle LED on remote and do not release this button even if the flashing started. 3) Now keeping that button pressed start the LED light. 4) If you LED light flashes/blinks 3 times then your remote is paired with light. If not try again. Some people are facing problems while pairing. If the method on manual does not work, try mine before returning. At the end, I'm having LED light which is controlled from my desk and adjusting its color and brightness/wattage according to my needs

After installing yesterday, remote is not working

Brightness is good and adjustable,the only problem is when you switch it on with switch it starts with warm white colour always no matter you set it on cool white or natural white with remote,after power cut or touch switch it on with switch it always starts with warm white

It is third class product which did not work for one month and Helonex is is a third class company which even does not care for its customer who complaints
