This is a high-quality probiotic that is helping support my gut health. I love that you only have to take 1 capsule a day! This is due to their special formulation called triple micro-encapsulation technology, which allows the probiotics to survive your stomach acid and help your gut from the inside out. The recommended dosage is 1 capsule a day. It is a normal size capsule that is easy to swallow and does not have a taste. I did not notice any odor. I have not experienced any stomach upset or negative side effects after taking these. I typically take 1 capsule before I go to bed so that it can work on my stomach overnight. It is recommended to take them with food & water. This bottle has 30 capsules inside, which makes it a 1-month supply. I feel like they are a great value for the quality of the probiotic.

We often have a few different brands available and have not found one specific probiotic that we have become loyal to. The main feature of this probiotic is that the capsule is micro encapsulated so that it is not dissolved in the stomach. There are many benefits to using a probiotic assuming you can get it to your intestines but whether or not it's a benefit to you solely depends on whether you need it or not. These capsules are very small and are tasteless and odorless. I had no negative effects after taking them. Of course this is what I would expect. The packaging on the product is a worry free one with a shrink wrap seal on the cap, a seal on the bottle top and the product itself had a stuffing but not cotton in the bottle to protect the capsule .

We use probiotics on a regular basis to help keep us...err...regular :-). These ones definitely aren't the cheapest, but they have 2 billion organisms per service which is higher than some we've seen that are inly in the millions. They have 3-strains, again not as many as some others that have 10 or more strains, but they do the job and the three they do have are among the 7 core strains needed. We've been using them for a while now and they work as well as other probiotics so no major complaints there. Overall I took a couple stars off because they don't have as many strains and the price is a bit higher than similar products but they do work well.

I'm not entirely sure if these are helping. Feels like they might be but I just don't know after half the bottle. I'd go into more detail but when I try that on supplements I always get a rejection. They haven't hurt anything though and that's the important part I guess.

As usual, they’re manufactured in a GMP-certified facility, and your purchase supports a US-based small business. These are a good option if you’re looking for a change of pace.

I've noticed some probiotics are 2 capsules per serving. I prefer one, which is a serving for this one. I was especially surprised at how small the capsules are. Smaller than the ones that require 2!

My vet put my dog on a probiotic because he was having some gut issues. I noticed a change him in 24 hours later. I decided to try this item for myself. I have been taking it for a few days and haven't noticed any changes. I was not having any real issues, so maybe I will not notice a change. I haven't experienced any negative effects.
