The only thing I notice is after it develops if you have large pores (most obvious on my nose) they may look darker too. Like little pin pricks of darkness in my pores. If you desire a darker tan, simply reapply it again the following day and so on until you reach the desired color. This is the first one I’ve ever tried that did not leave me feeling sticky, not even as applying! It went on white so I could see where I was rubbing it and I waited the 15 min to put clothes on. I put a white shirt on to test and there was no color transfer!! And it looks super natural! It does have a slight smell, but much less than any other tanner I’ve used and to me it smells more like a sunscreen than the typical tanner smell.
