Beyond pleased with this travel mug! Due to "spillages" in the office, we are banned from using mugs and needed a secure way of containing coffee/tea etc... and this seemed like it would do the job that I needed it to.The lid screws onto the body and seems to be completely leak-proof; the lid partially pops open on a press of a button but doesn't seem like it would be easy to open accidentally. There is a drinking spout which makes it simple to drink from and also potentially prevent bad spills.After making a hot coffee, the thermos kept it hot for roughly 4 hours and at a warm temperature for another 2-3 which was very impressive. Though, it's easy to not realise how hot your drink may be as you cannot feel the temperature from holding it, so take small sips first.As for cleaning, it's as simple as advertised.Overall, I am very pleased and would definitely recommend.- - - - -UPDATE - MARCH 2020: It's coming up to two months since I purchased this and I have been using this thermos mug EVERY single work day and am still very pleased with the results. If I ever need an additional thermos mug, I will be buying this one again.

I bought this primarily for taking hot drinks into meetings. So far I have used it twice, filled with hot tea (after briefly pre-heating it with hot water). Each time the tea has initially been almost too hot to drink so I have left it with the lid popped open to cool down and in each case it has been piping hot two hours later - almost no change. The design is great, the mouthpiece is much more comfortable than drinking out of a hole - I love it. I bought 2 more the next day for use on car journeys. The 360ml size holds just a bit more than a typical mug.

Really great mug. Does not leak at all approximately for 3 months. Even it has just started to leak - used daily - it is not so bad. Included cover absorbs the fluid so you do not have coffee/tea everywhere in a bag or rucksack. Of course better, when mug stands.

Good little travel mug. It is completely leak proof as I have tested it shaking it, also it has a locking mechanism on the release catch if you slide it down.The only niggle is the release cap is near the mouth piece so you are drinking over that. As I say only a slight niggle and it is still a first class product which I fully recommend.

it's good...but does leak a little even when it seems the cap screws on. not every time, but enough to be a bit annoying. otherwise very goos

It is great and more than fit for purpose.. the taste of my coffee (not tried tea!) is the same as if out of a mug... it stays hot for a long time, as if it is in a normal flask.I am very, very happy with my purchase and can recommend this product wholeheartedly!

This product does not have a ceramic interior.The front is slightly different to the the displayed pictures.I am extremely disappointed in the selling practices I'm observing on amazon, firstly amazon's verified purchase comments seem helpful especially with the UK region listed in there but it seems to me this doesn't prevent abuse of that system and has been comprehmised. Secondly gaslughting customers and telling them its ceramic even when queried is wrong.Initially the build of the product seems OK but I have grave reservations in the manufacturing process and if I'm getting what is being sold, since it isn't ceramic what type of steel is it, is it bpa and other chemical free, would they just tell you it is and sell you any old crap? I think they would sell you any old crap as long as it appears to be somewhat like the item.Amazon obviously don't do enough checks to ensure the products being sold are verified and meet the health and trading standards established for consumers in the UK.Don't buy.

Nice travel non spill mug. I use it for work. It dont have that plastic taste like others do. Easy to clean. Comes with brush too. Easy to use and comes with a insulated holder to keep it hot or cold even longer and dont burn your hands.
