This product has been incredible and life-changing to say the least!!! Completely exceeded my expectations. I purchased this with the intent of trying to be healthier and add nutrients because I’m not the healthiest eater/ busy lifestyle. I didn’t anticipate the dramatic effect it had on my mood, energy and joint health. The reduction in pain was felt especially in my wrist and hands where I was experiencing bouts of pain due to excessive typing at work and activities at home. Over a two or three week period, my wrist pain surprisingly went away completely!!! However, most importantly, my mood and energy dramatically increased even with increased work volume. It appears to slightly help with stress or make it more manageable. After I ran out, I waited a few weeks to see if this was just my imagination. I noticed a definite decrease in my momentum, energy, mood and overall positive outlook. Also, the pain in my wrist increased substantially. I reordered this supplement and started taking it again last week. After a couple of days, the increased energy and positive mood/ motivation returned. The bottle was just like the photo. The pills were fine, did not have any kind of ugly taste. Only giving it 4 stars since I had side effects to the pills unfortunately. After taking them for a week, I got very intense migraines for 3 days straight and got very dizzy. Immediately stopped afterwards. This was my experience. Hopefully better for someone else.

I read the good reviews and decided to give it a go. With any new supplements, I always start with less. I took 2 tabs at breakfast. Most supplements give me stomach discomfort if i take them on am empty stomach. So i took mine after breakfast. After 1 week, I don’t see any difference in feeling or performance. That is all
