Good "finger food" snack for TV/movie nights
I really like this as a snack while watching TV/movies at night. Lower calorie plus added protein. Taste and texture are a bit different, but its sweetness grows on you.

I cannot express what a delicious treat this is. Mild sweetness and tastes similar to honey cheerios, without the carbs. It does not spike my blood sugar, nor does it make me feel tired or too full after eating. No bad oils or unhealthy ingredients. It is just simple and amazing. I have it on auto-ship. I am so happy to have found this cereal. They have other flavors too!

Flavor/TasteThe honey flavor is tasty enough considering the desired positive attributes of this product. There is, however, a slight initial taste of something reminiscent of artificial sweeteners. Maybe I’m detecting the monk fruit or the ‘natural flavors’.... I don’t like that taste, but it isn’t so overpowering that I’d trash the cereal.TextureThis cereal has an airy, crunchy texture, and it does not turn into mush once milk is added. I was pleased that it remained crunchy until I finished the serving.SatietyAs with other cereals, this one is not very filling. I needed to eat several servings to feel satisfied.PriceI think the product is overpriced, given the low cost ingredients. Adjusting the price would make this a more attractive option to keep amongst pantry staples.Would I buy it again? Probably not.
