What oil should I use to protect my treadmill?

100% pure silicone oil — non-toxic, odorless, and safe for belts, decks, motors, and rollers. That’s exactly what our Prounol oil provides.

Does it work on all treadmill brands?

Yes, Prounol 100% Silicone Treadmill Lubricant is compatible with all treadmill brands and lubrication systems.

How much oil should be applied?

A small amount is enough. Apply approximately 3 ml to each side of the belt using the included applicator — 2 to 3 squeezes per side for best results.

How often should I lubricate the treadmill?

It depends on usage. For typical home use, reapply every 30–60 hours of running time to maintain optimal performance.
