The pockets are more suitable for younger grades due to lack thereof but it's great otherwise. Also for the cost you are getting a very good deal. The value is there for sure and its well worth it. It is relatively thin material though so don't recommend in wet weather without protection. The zippers are quite sturdy as well and haven't come off track since my child's used it at the beginning of the school year

Greta quality and my 8 year old loves it. She doesn't want to go without it. The pockets are more suitable for younger grades due to lack thereof but it's great otherwise. This back is pretty Good Quality!! I would think it will last more than one year if desired! My girl really wanted a Minecraft backpack but locally all that was available were backpacks geared towards boys. Now my girl didn't mind because she gets dressed for HERSELF everymornjng NIT anyone else. But yall!! Kids are MEAN and there was no way I was sending her into the gauntlet that is elementary school w/o trying our best. Amazon had our back with this one! She loved it at first sight and couldn't wait for it to arrive!! It Did not arrive quickly so order with plenty of time to arrive as I'm US and it shipped from EU before school starts. But I def recommend it, & my 7 yo gives it 5 stars!
