Can I ask people that have used the pillow for a while has it flattened or is it holding its shape please?

I’ve had this about 2months and it has kept its shape well. I do make mine into a v and over time the stuffing has separated a little but it is easily pushed back to be fuller in that area!

What sizexpillow case fit it?

The pillow comes with a pillow case which is about 150 x 48 cm and this fits with a bit of space to spare in the case. I since purchased an additional pillowcase which is around 135 x 48 cm. This fits, but definitely would not go any smaller than that.

Does this give a good support for a side sleeper that props one knee on a pillow?

Yes! I use it for this reason and it’s fantastic! A really firm and full pillow.
