This has great flavor and is easier to tolerate than one of the name brand fiber drinks which starts with an M and tastes like orange chalky grit. I drink this nearly every morning before anything else, and it is easy to handle and keeps me regular.

Excellent quality psyllium husk. It's fresh, mixes well, and has a clean taste. I've been using it daily and am very happy with the results. Great value and I would definitely buy it again.

This is the best psyllium husk out there! Mixes well and thickens quickly, so drink fast with LOTS of additional water. It's a great value for the money. I'm on a GLP-1, and this can help with feeling full. I take first thing in the morning - and include some slippery elm bark powder so it moves through my system the easiest. I might not do this more than once a day.

It's a good product; it really works. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that the taste isn't very good, and it's also too sweet.

If you're looking for a quality psyllium husk, this is the one to buy. I'm 100% satisfied with both the quality and the taste. It mixes easily with water, dissolves about 98% with a quick stir, and has little to no aftertaste. I'm a very picky eater, so I was hesitant after reading reviews that said it doesn't dissolve well. That wasn't my experience at all. It blends smoothly, tastes good, and is easy to drink. I'll definitely be purchasing it again. Hope this review helps!

So far so good for me with this product! I've always had trouble "going". I just chalked it up to that's how my body was supposed to be. A friend told me about this, so I decided to try it out. I have taken it 3 days in a row, and I'm amazed. It's almost like clockwork. I didn't think I could gag down a tablespoon, so have started with a fairly heaping teaspoon, once a day. I'd like to build up to more so I can also use this as an appetite suppressant. My friend takes it in a glass of water. I tried that, but this stuff becomes concrete if you don't wash it right away. It was sticking to everything including my sink. So today I tried what one reviewer said, and just took a spoonful, then washed it down. That may be the better way for me. It's kind of hard to just swallow I will say. Feels like eating sawdust. But I had so much less mess, and the discomfort with this weird stuff in my mouth is only a few seconds so I think I can handle it. Make sure to drink lots of water. I also read one reviewer who said she gave 1/4 teaspoon to her cat to help in that respect. My two dogs have trouble going sometimes, so I gave it to them (just once so far). My girl handled it fine, but my boy seemed sick for 2 days and didn't eat or drink anything. If I'd thought it through, I would have recalled that they don't drink much water. So I'm not sure I can continue giving it to them. Still, for me so far, it's worth its weight in gold!
