It says made in P R C. Smart people know that is Peoples Republic of China. **Q: are these made in the United States?** A: I have the same type of noodle made from the same plant, and it says it's from China. I rinsed well, and fried in a pan to get rid of the excess water, then added a little olive oil, fried a little more, then added my sauce. I was pleasantly surprised. No smell at all, and a nice, firm noodle. Almost like a Ramen noodle. **Q: What odor? What kind of odor?
