Solid and priced right
Awesome, easy to adjust, well made, and solid. I weigh 230lbs and the rings carry my weight with no issue. I do push ups, pull ups, dips and the rings work as they should. Rings are an inherently simple design so props to Gonex for making a solid product and not ridiculously over charging for it.

Very happy with these rings! Easy to adjust, pleasant to hang from
Happy with these rings, I have them attached to my power tower for doing ring dips and body rows. They feel good in the hand, the clips and straps are sturdy, the straps have good stitching, numbers easy to read so you can easily adjust to the height that you need. Would buy again.

Rough wood and slightly mismatched straps
Overall, very good quality. I bought these because of the lock ring for fast adjustment. I do multiple workouts that require multiple different lengths and wanted to be able to swap between them quickly. The clips have held up very well (even without the locking screws). The straps feel durable and I haven't had any issues with fraying or anything coming apart. On to the negatives though: The wood is a bit rough in spots, it will smooth out over time and they do include grip tape that you can apply, but I prefer the natural wood. The straps are...ever so slightly not identical. This causes a problem where the rings hang at different lengths. It's not a huge difference, but you can tell when doing certain exercises that your hands aren't perfectly even.

Good alternative to TRX
The carabiner locking system makes hanging the straps and taking them down easy. The straps are sturdy and thick enough to hold over 200lbs. The rings are sturdy, but the wrapping for grips and stability is cheap. I just replaced them with hockey taps. Overall, itโs a great purchase.

Best purchase I've ever made
The amount of different ways I can use this is amazing. I've been able to stretch and strengthen different upper body muscles which has provided me with amazing mobility. Definitely worth it.

2 years of ownership
Been using these consistently 3-4 days a week in multiple different ways for 2 years now and they are great. Here to order a second set for my wife to use at the same time as me and thought Iโd leave a review to address some of the most common complaints of these: 1.) straps are uneven lengths - if you surf reviews of rings at all before buying youโll see that this a QC issue that happens with EVERY company that sells these styles of carabiner straps on amazon. The problem is rare. Mine were perfectly even with first order and so was my neighbors. I know itโs annoying, but you can keep reordering if youโre one of the unlucky few who get uneven straps. 2.) rings splitting/falling apart - this is from leaving them outside. Look at the pictures of peoples rings coming apart, they are hung outside. All wood moves and contracts with moisture and will therefore make ANY plywood material delaminate eventually when exposed to moisture. 3.) difficult to adjust with Allen wrench - donโt use the Allen wrench lock unless you are doing full on spins and flips (even then I doubt it matters). Leave them unlocked if you are doing standard stuff like dips, rows, pull ups, push-ups, levers, muscle upsโฆ etc. again Iโve had these for 2 years, and unless youโre doing something crazy on them that I canโt imagine then they will not pop off on you. They are fully closed carabiners, thereโs just no way. I have literally NEVER locked them in two years with zero issues. And if you donโt lock them they are significantly faster than other types of rings to adjust accurately. 4.) adjusting straps tight to the ceiling for pull ups creates a ton of slack - this is actually trueโฆ for all rings. So shouldnโt matter. You can loop these types within themselves or just tie the slack off somewhere. Not something to complain about. 5.) rings came with small burs/splinters - this is very possible, mine didnโt, but it doesnโt surprise me. My neighbor has these and the Rogue pair that is much more expensive. His Rogue pair had burs that needed sanding but not these. Just luck of the draw when you are buying a layered wood product. Iโm a woodworker so I feel bad for these guys getting bad reviews about plywood burs on something shaped like these rings. Itโs bound to happen sometimes with any brand. If yourโs comes with some burs just grab some 120-150 grit sand paper and lightly buff them. Youโll be done and happy in less than 5 minutes. Anywaysโฆ I highly recommend them!

The real deal
I'm no gymnast so I can't say for sure these are "the real deal" but they're surely not cheap knockoffs of anything! The indexing makes setup for different exercises a snap. The straps are strong and durable. The rings themselves are solid and secure. This set will outlast me

Work well/ High quality
Prior to ordering, I was a bit concerned to see some of the more recent bad reviews mention the ropes being different lengths. However, I had nothing but a positive experience. The rings were even better quality than expected. They seem as though they could last a lifetime and still function perfectly. Both the rings and ropes are sturdy and well made, plus setting them up evenly is made very easy with the orange markings. The only thing to note is that like other reviews point out, you wanna keep very good care of the Allen key and screws provided as they are very small and easy to lose. Since using, I find no need for the screws or key, but it is a good idea to use them if you intend to do something like muscleups. Either way I am very happy with this product, don't waste your time on flimsy plastic rings.

Good quality
Seems to be quite well built. I trust hanging on them at 180lbs without question. Measurements on straps are equal on both sides and makes adjustments much easier than the cheaper quality straps. my only complaint is that the carabeners require an included Allen key to unlock, makes quick adjustments a pain, I wish it would be the hand tightened threaded style but for the price this will work. Also the grip tape is included in the package separately which is good because I don't intend to use it.

Wood quality mediocre and inconvenient setup
Thinking back now, the metal clips would've been better than the carbiner. Although the carbiner is good quality, it can be a hassle to hook them through the straps. As another review mentioned, you can only really attach it to somewhere within arms reach unless you have a ladder (which is inconvenient). It's also not long enough to do push ups close to the floor unless you're hanging it from something that isn't too high. I'm 179cm and my pull up bar is just where I can comfortably reach it but the straps just aren't long enough to do push ups close to the floor. Another thing is that there are indents in the rings I have (as shown in the photo) and missing splints in the wood. Also, when I finished a home workout, I found a couple of splints that got stuck within the straps' material (you can see a piece of the splint in the photo). I don't know how this happened but I certainly didn't do anything that would cause a splint to come out like that. The grips provided were comfortable but did not stick well so they're kinda useless unless you add additional tape. All in all, I would buy another pair of rings unless this setup isn't a problem for you. Quality of rings is questionable. Edit: They are long enough to do push ups close to the floor. Just did it wrong :)
