Because of the pandemic, there was a problem receiving this toilet tissue, but the service from the company was SO WONDERFUL it made up for any delay. ***What a class act.***The quality is fine for us. We only purchase recycled paper products t.p. IF you're one of those who just has to have the softest tissue, then this is not the tissue for you. But the absorbency on this particular tissue is awesome and the thickness of the tissue is so that you are able to use LESS. In other words: the rolls last longer on the dispenser. WE LOVE IT.>>>Another consideration if you care about the planet: Each roll is wrapped in compostable paper, which breaks down easily in the compost pile, compost bin or tumbler.
