Works well
Work great, and despite being labeled 12V AC ... they work fine with my 12V DC landscape transformer.

Put in pool, lasted 30 seconds
Looked AWESOME for about 30 seconds... Of course I made sure everything was secure before putting it in the water... Hit the remote to turn on, flipped through the colors and it stopped working... Thought it was the batteries, so I swapped them and no change. Can't get it to come back on.

The light needs improvement
The light is nice with the variety of colors. It works well under water and has remained waterproof so far. The remote works well and has an extension antenna to aid in connecting.The area that I feel need improvement are in the length of the power cord being approximately 36 inches. If you want to go any distance into a pond or pool, this is too short. Another issue is with the stand or base. The metal edges are sharp and can cut. The manufacturer could have rounded the edges to prevent this issue. Also, the base weighs much less than the light and can fall over depending on the adjustment angle. There are three holes in the base that can be used to attach the light to something solid, but this is not necessarily practical in ponds and pools. Lastly, the light requires a 12 volt AC power source where all of my other underwater lights require 12 volt DC. This is not a huge issue, but DC is more the standard for underwater lighting. If you want your lights to be properly connected and to last, do not hook up your AC lights to a DC source and vice versa.The lighting looks good, but because of the issues listed above, I am only rating this light at three stars.
