It either works or it doesn't. Mine does and does it very well. I use mine on daily trips around and across town. I leave home with a full battery and this device keeps it that way throughout my day so I don't have to worry about it. I plug it into my phone when I'm in my vehicle so my navigation app keeps working and it keeps the phone 100% charged. I've used it six to ten times so far and I've //still// got four steady blue lights across the top of the battery. I can't imagine how it could work any better.Now having said that, keep in mind that this device is *heavy*. It looks heavy and it feels even heavier. But the seller warns of that multiple times in the product description so buyers don't really have a right to complain. I'm not complaining. I knew it was going to be heavy and it was. The extra weight makes a good product worth the heft. I slipped my battery into a thick, snug-fitting, nylon bag and keep a six foot nylon usb cable plugged in and wrapped around the bag to act as a little cushion for when I eventually drop it.
