The skirt clings, but not unattractively so and flares out beautifully into the fish tail. I am just under 5'3ins and the length is great - to mid calf. I shall wear with kitten heels but equally, higher heels or flats would be fine.Not sure how well this will fare after washing, hence only 4 stars.I shall wash after perhaps every three or four wears, using cool water and gentle soap or even just swill in tepid water with fabric conditioner.My advice: buy it.
