Rock-Solid Support for My Ankle – Stays Put Through Everything!
I bought Leukotape P to help manage recurring ankle instability during walks and workouts, and it has been a game changer. This tape offers professional-level support and adhesion you can truly count on. I was prescribed an ankle brace for my flare ups, but the brace stretched my shoes out and I didn't like ruining my $150+ shoes every time I needed to use it. I decided to give this tape a try to use on a regular basis to give my ankle the support it needed, and it has worked like a champ. ✅ Incredible Adhesion: Once this tape is on, it’s not going anywhere. I’ve worn it through long trail hikes, sweaty gym sessions, and even in the shower—and it stays perfectly in place the entire time. No peeling, no slipping, no readjusting. ✅ Great for Ankle Stability: I use it to tape my ankle for added support during high-impact activities, and it gives me confidence and comfort without restricting too much movement. It’s rigid enough to prevent rolling while still allowing functional mobility. ✅ Professional-Grade Quality: This is the same tape many PTs and sports trainers use. It tears easily by hand (no scissors needed in a pinch), conforms well, and doesn't lose tension like cheaper alternatives. ✅ Skin-Friendly (with Underwrap Recommended): It’s strong stuff, so I recommend using an underwrap (like Hypafix or Cover-Roll) if you have sensitive skin. With that in place, I’ve had zero irritation and clean removal every time. 📌 Pro Tip: Apply it on clean, dry skin for best results, and smooth it down firmly—this tape likes good contact! Final Thoughts: If you need reliable, long-lasting support for an ankle, knee, or other joint, Leukotape P is a top performer. It holds up to sweat, movement, and time better than anything else I’ve tried. This is my go-to tape to keep my ankle from getting sore and I wouldn’t workout without it. Highly recommended!

Literally the GOAT — useful for everything!
This is no ordinary medical tape. This is the turbo duct tape on steroids of the medical tape world. It holds like nothing else, can get wet, scraped, dirty, anything and keeps going. This is an essential in any medical kit, hiking/backpacking bag, bugout bag, you name it. It can work as anything from securing bandages, holding a splint, makeshift duct tape, handle grip tape, heck, it could probably even patch a tent for a little while. Truly amazing multipurpose stuff!

Best blister protection
If you've "tried everything" for blister protection but nothing works, BUY THIS! I roller skate A LOT in a very hot climate, sometimes humid, sometimes dry as a bone, and every other blister protection tape or gel has failed miserably in some way or another. This stays on and prevents ankle blisters every single time not matter the weather.

Saved my marathon training from blisters, doesn't fall off!!!
This stuff is absolutely phenomenal. I ran the Chicago Marathon for the second time last year, and switched shoes in the middle of my training. I liked my new shoes but they rubbed my Achilles tendon in a way that created blisters no matter what I would do. I wore socks that covered the area, but it still happened. I found the most adhesive band aids I could find but they would only stay on for about an hour of running (or less on hotter days). I seriously tried everything I could think of: duct tape, athletic tape, gel squares, etc. I just couldn't bring myself to get different shoes though because they cost so much and I have a very tight budget and these methods were much less expensive. After scouring the internet for blister solutions, I finally found this on Amazon and saw the great reviews. Let me just say, the tape does not disappoint. This tape is so sticky that it could seriously stay on for at least four or five days if you didn't take it off. And that includes showering and whatever else that would make most tape fall off. I work full time in lawn service and wore the leukotape during work every day and then for all my runs as well. So, I used this tape working 8 hours a day sweating in the hot sun, and then in the evening would go for 5-10 mile runs and this stuff stayed on without a problem, covering my blister area. On long runs it worked like a charm as well. I ran an 18 miler that was almost all in the pouring rain, and the tape didn't budge. I also wore it during my marathon and it was on there like a rock still at the end. You don't even notice it either, you would swear there is nothing on you at all. I changed out the tape every day for the sake of cleanliness, although honestly that stuff could have stayed on for a LONG time if needed. One thing I highly suggest though is to put something over the blister first and then put the tape on, so that the tape doesn't tear the blister when removed. Also, if you can't take the pain of having it rip off leg hair, you might want to shave the area before hand if it is contacting hair. The tape can be a pain to take off, so I would suggest taking it off in the shower when it comes off a tiny bit easier. But that's the great thing about this tape! It is tough! Altogether, I have no complaints and I am so thankful this stuff is out there! It helped my marathon training greatly!

Better than moleskin for hiking and camping; good for sports injuries, too.
CONS: Nearly impossible to tear/cut without scissors. PROS: Great tool for first aid kids and trainers' bags. Sticks well. Does not slide around. Sticks even when wet. I first heard about this stuff in my Sports Injury Prevention class, but I forgot about it before ever buying any. Then I heard it mentioned on a YouTube video as a great alternative to moleskin, especially for through-hikers. That was when I ordered a roll. It is sort of like a fabric duct tape that sticks really well to skin. You can place it over a blister, and it effectively removes the friction and stops the irritation. Since it sticks well, even to damp skin, sweaty feet are no problem for it. It even stays on through a shower or two as long as you do not tug on it. My biggest peeve is that it is so tough to cut. I nicked myself on a camping trip, so I tried to cut off a piece of the tape to cover my boo-boo. I only had my pocket knife on me. As I tried to cut off a piece of the tape, the adhesive caught my knife blade and then the knife slipped. Now I had two injuries to attend to. Even with blood dripping onto my knife, I was able to finish cutting off (now two) pieces of the tape. I wrapped the tape directly over the bleeding wound (after cleaning it), and it did a nice job of staunching the bleeding. After about an hour, I replaced the blood-soaked piece with a fresh one (being much more careful in how I cut the new piece), and removing the tape did not cause the cut to start bleeding again, and even though it had been bleeding when it wrapped the tape around my finger, it still held quite well. I don't think that this was ever an intended or advertised use, but it makes a great tool to have in a survival kit. Now, I just cut off 1.5" pieces of the tape, roll them into a tiny roll, and stick them in my kits. The tape unpeels from itself pretty easily, and I don't have to worry about cutting the pieces while under stress. I also keep the big roll AND a pair of scissors in my big first aid kit to restock or for larger jobs.

Keeps me from getting blisters
I am prone to blisters and this tape is amazing, I have had no blisters since I started using it. It stays put even when I have long, sweaty hikes.

Stays stuck and protects the skin
This stuff really holds to the skin. It's great to keep skin protected and covered. Before or after an injury. It does become a little less effective if you haven't used it and it is getting old.

Leukotape for blister care
I'd assume the primary use for Leukotape is for securing minor athletic injuries such as light sprains. My use may be a little more unusual. At some point I was seeking best practices for blister care, and alternatives to moleskin since it seems tedious to apply. I came across moleskin and duct tape as typical solutions. Duct tape is messy and it may cause more issues than it solves. Try wearing it over a blister, while hiking, for more than a few hours; you'll learn all about how messy and arguably ineffective it is. That said, I didn't want to give up on tape in general since it seems like it could be effective and very easy to apply. An entry in a hiker's blog directed me to Leukotape, and now I won't go back. Leukotape, and likely most zinc oxide M tapes, seem to uniquely offer a solution that (1) conforms to the skin, while (2) protecting the blister wound, while also (3) not bleeding adhesive all over your socks. In addition, Leukotape takes no time to put on. Seriously, and Moleskin users should pay special attention here, it took all of 30 seconds to get it in place. If you're a Boy Scout leader this should be especially important to you. Most Scout groups that I interface with need to help at least one Scout with blisters on every single outing. Every time that happens you're taking 15 to 20 minutes out of the entire group's trail time. Lame! Instead, just make a quick wrap with Leukotape and get on with the outing! The best part requires an example: about three weeks ago I took a small 4 mile walk using new Tennis shoes that caused blisters in 3 places. I never seem to get blisters! I used my Leukotape to cover the effected areas and my problems were solved. However, the real test would come when I was hiking 14 miles two days later with a 30 lb pack load. I didn't remove or replace the tape before the hike. The tape held up to showers during the days before the hike with no peeling or shifting. A light amount of adhesive came through the tape, though it wore off quickly. By the time I was hiking the tape was like a second skin. No problem! And when I returned home I removed it with no pain, no skin removal and very light adhesive residue. What more could I ask?! If you're a hiker, this may be a solution you'd benefit from looking into. Happy hiking! !

Regret buying this thing. OMG. it didnt work like I wanted it to
I heard so much rave reviews... like it was a miracle tape. But it disappointed me... it didnt last very long. I didnt even had water on it... it peeled off when I slept by itself in under 20 hours. Full of regrets. So expensive. Not worth it in my opinion.

Leukotape Sports Tape Review: Trek-Tested Durability
If you're planning a trek or hiking adventure, Leukotape Sports Tape is a must-have in your gear kit! I recently used it on a challenging 5-day Trek to Machu Picchu via the Salkantay Trail, and it proved to be an absolute lifesaver. Pros: Exceptional Adhesion: The tape stayed put throughout the trek, even in wet conditions. Whether it was river crossings or rain, the adhesive held up remarkably well. Blister Prevention: One of the main reasons I bought this tape was to prevent blisters, and it did just that! It adheres to the skin seamlessly, creating a barrier that stops friction. Trekking Essential: Lightweight and compact, it fits easily in any backpack, making it perfect for long hikes or treks. Cons: None noted during my use. Leukotape offers outstanding performance for anyone needing reliable support and protection on a hike. Highly recommended for preventing blisters and keeping you comfortable on the trail. Don't begin your next adventure without this in your bag!

Adherencia brutal
