Although finding this at the right price is difficult it really does work. The 1L bottle is a bonus when i can find it. Wish i had used it from a puppy and my dog wouldn't have got such smelly breath!

This product is brilliant for cleaning up dogs teeth and giving them a fresher breath! Saves on dental treatment which can be very costly!

I've been using it for four weeks and my small dog's breat is still bad. Her teeth are fine. Think is it worked in the past until the major change in the product.Half size bottle for same price of what was a double amount few months back..e we ont be buying again.

I have two mini poodles. One is 6 1/2, and the other is 1 1/2. The older of the two had terrible teeth, bad plaque, very bad breath. We were fairly new pet owners and didn't recognize we needed to take corrective action until a Vet pointed out the problem and quoted $1200 and general anesthesia for a cleaning. Looking for alternatives, we tried powders and different supplements, but nothing seemed to help. I found this on Amazon and decided to try it based on reviews. My immediate concern was that my older boy has a delicate stomach. You look at him funny and he gets three days of diarrhea. But, for the year or more he has had this product, he has not shown any reaction to it at all. I want to stress, this isn't a silver bullet.. But over the last year, his teeth have become nearly free from plaque and tartar, his gums have healed and stopped receding from his teeth, and at his recent checkup, the Vet was so impressed with his improvement that she asked me to send her a link so she could order it for her dogs! Lastly, my younger dog has had this product since we got him at twelve weeks and he still has bright, white puppy teeth. Do your buddy a favor. Be diligent...put it in the water every time...don't get lazy, and you'll see a remarkable improvement over the next six to twelve months. Tell your dog I said hi!

So I wasn’t 100% sold cause some of the reviews were 50/50. I gave it a shot as I tried one in the past but my dog I guess knew something was added to his water then he wouldn’t drink. Surprisingly with this brand, he’s still drinking it! So far I’ve only used it two full days and already I can tell a difference in his breath. It was actually a pleasant surprise it didn’t stink as bad as normal lol. Like I said its early but so far so good. No difference in his appetite, he’s still drinking the same way he did before this product. And also so far no difference in his bowels. Sooooo suffice to say right now I’m happy with the outcome! UPDATE: so we are still using this but after I posted this review a few days later I’ve noticed my dog is in fact drinking less. He is still drinking but much less than he used to. Unfortunate cause it really did help his breath pretty instantly. I have cut back to using a little less than the recommended amount and like mentioned he is still drinking water just definitely less than he was before.

Upon rehoming a young dog the former owner included a bottle of this TropiClean Fresh Breath Water Additive for Dogs. Since we have a total of 4 large Siberian Huskies, regular teeth cleaning is a must. One problem, Huskies do not tolerate toothbrushes and Greenie type dental chews aren't enough. This TropiClean product has proven very helpful in this case. We add the recommended amount to fresh water twice a day. The younger dogs teeth remain white while the two older dogs teeth have gone from yellow to light ivory; their gums are no longer red as well. A bonus from this improvement? All dogs have much fresher breath and per our Vet, tartar removaL can also improve overall healthy and even longevity!
