OK, so the word "large" should not be in the title. This is big enough for 2 adults to sit on (not lay on, just maybe sit), but this is not a "large" blanket. One side is soft, but likes to hold on to grass and leaves so those can be a pain to get off. Works for keeping dry on moist grass or the beach, though. Very lightweight and fairly easy to fold back up and store in the trunk. Definitely not worth more than the ten bucks I paid for it.

Perfect for the beach and picnics! The materials is fleece like which I thought was interesting but it keeps the sand and dirt off! Easy to re fold and use.

I would not call this oversized by any means. It works for what I need it to. Could not fit a whole family on it.. Its big enough for 2adults as long as you are okay with your calves and feet being in the sand when you lay down. It is soft and comfy, sand cones of fairly easily and it dries pretty quick. While its not as big as I hoped I would still buy again.

I would call this a small blanket. It is fine for one or two adults to sit down on. It is light to carry and a reasonable deal at the price.

It's great for going on a picnic. I don't know if I would take it to the beach. I'll just have to try it once and see. Looks like it would be just the same as if it was any other blanket, just has a water resistant bottom.

We purchased this to put over picnic tables while we are eating outside during the coronavirus. It is perfect. The blanket is big enough to cover one end of the table and the water proof backing protects us from whatever....It is easy to clean and the handle is very convenient. It is a little awkward to fold which is why I didn't give it a 5.But would definitely recommend it

I ordered this to use at the many outdoor concerts I attend during the Spring & Summer. Since it's still winter and cold in my neck of the woods I haven't had the opportunity to try it out. I will adjust my review as soon as I have used it.
