They really helped me out. I had ordered the wrong unit initially. They helped rectify the situation and I ordered another unit. It worked great and saved the day with the project I was working on. Tracks right on frequency and the multiple operating modes it is versatile. I would get it again.

Don’t Buy
Stay away from this product. It failed/stopped working after just a few months of usage. Amazon customer service team failed to help with the warranty, replacement and refund of the processor. Don’t waste your money and definitely don’t spend this type of money with Amazon because they will leave you hanging out to dry. If you are going to buy, buy directly from the manufacturer. I made this mistake once and it will not happen again.
