I started adding it to my morning coffee, and it helped me to feel more energized. Now, I use it with a lot of dishes, like salads, smoothies, or even my brunch pancakes. I increased my energy and also felt better. I recommend it because it is a natural energy booster made with organic ingredients.

This product will take over whatever you blend with it. Doesn't dissolve properly in drinks. I personally have to mix it additional 10 minutes to dissolve. It still leaves it residue after you drink. Being a veteran, I try to keep it shape and use natural products but this isn't. I would prefer a MRE(I hate those), meal ready to eat,before I use this product again.
