Would buy again
I bought this for my Dad who is on high flow oxygen. For the most part he really liked it and said its more comfortable than some he has had, however the nasal cannula and ear section is very short. He shakes and this made it more difficult for him to put it on. I've bought a different brand as I'm on the search for the most comfortable nasal cannula that I can find. If the new one doesn't work out I will purchase more of these

Too soft &twisty for me
I like the quality but as with all of the other cannulas I have tried,it twists at my throat area almost to my chin.Im constantly fighting to untwist it plus Im constantly having o watch to see if my oxygen level drops.I really didnt get a chance to enjoy the better quality or enjoy what seems to be a more comfortable fitting because of my oxugen flow being restricted from the twisting of the two tubes that go around the ears and twist all the way down my neck..At least the oxygen didnt seep out of the nose area as many of these other cannulas are doing.

The real thing
I love this cannula...it is a real high flow oxygen device it doesn't leak it doesn't hiss...I have finally found the perfect cannula

Easier on the ears than the Cannulas supplied with my Oxygen.
The longer nose pieces serve to hold the plastic tubing off the face around the nose which prevents skin irritation there. The softer tubing is easier on the ears although does not prevent irritation totally. I believe my ears are getting better but, it will take some more time of usage to see if it clears the discomfort altogether.

Prevents sore nose and ears
I love this, My nose and ears were always sore. The material used is so light and thin, it's like I'm not wearing one at all.the air flow is wonderful and I will always use this brand.

Wonderful!
I use oxygen 24/7 and I did not like any cannula that the company has sent me. So I got 1 of these to try and then ordered 5 more!! Fits well, soft and is so light weight you don't know you have it on. My poor sore nose and ears are very happy now. Great buy, so glad I found it.
